Bali - many people seem to think Bali is different and fill in their immigration forms as going to, or coming from, Bali instead of Indonesia. A lot of people I have met will say they love Bali but wouldn't go to Indonesia!!!
Your visa is valid throughout Indonesia for the time paid for and it doesn't matter where you enter Indonesia or where you leave from.
