When Travelling to Java

I will be in Bali/Indonesia for about 28 days but plan on going to Madura in the middle so if I get a 30 day Visa would I have to get another Visa when returning to Bali from Madura?, I wouldn't think this would be needed because I am in the same country but if thats the case I am better off getting two smaller VOA's
