Each year I say I'll try and be really really firm with the vendors, it hasn't worked yet.
I've also tried being ignorant but that really doesn't work for me either as I'm an extreme extrovert and keeping silent is not my thing. Good luck with your endeavours in August. Cheers Tinggading
