We actually went to the other Novotel at Nusa Dua for a timeshare presentation and yes, totally agree, far more contemporary.The apartments there are first class. I also agree about the musty and worn comment.It is also a bit "out of the way", but I knew that before I booked it.Their staff are friendly enough though, I couldn;t really fault them
In my final JBR, which I will hopefully complete tonight, I will also comment on the Tropical terrace room that we upgraded to for our final 3 nights
I can't say I will be staying at the Tanjung one again, but we like the area and would consider other options along the beach...Conrad, Puri Tanjung, Kind Villa Bintang etc
