- our TV didn't work, the room safe was missing (with just a hole in the wall), we had to ask for towels & the rooms were just generally musty and worn. They would have been quite beautiful when they were done, and they still have a faded beauty but really do need an upgrade. Have you considered the Novotel in Nusa Dua? It's just gorgeous, room service is very reasonable, the rooms are fabulous - we just loved it. It's not on the beach like the Novotel Benoa, but it's within walking distance & there are some nice, inexpensive 'tourist' restaurants nearby as well as Bualu village shops & warungs. Cheers, Sue.
