I have been staying at the Jayakarta for the past 10 years, its exelent. We always have an odd numbered room in the 400 block
The odd numbers look out over a palm tree and lawn garden that faces the enterance. The rooms have plenty of storage and space, cloths drying rack,a fridge, air con, tv, a kettle, 2 chairs, tiled floor, shower over bath, and 2 chairs and a table on the balcony.
I would rate it about 3 stars plus.
Its very clean, comfortable and the location is fantastic.
If you want a better room rate deal direct with the hotel, its about $65 Au per room per night including breakfast.
