Deluxe are larger than Standard (don't know of cottage rooms).
Both have a/c, phone, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge and the furnishing and bathrooms are similar.
Standard rooms near the pools are classed as Deluxe because of their location. Standard rooms are the 100 and 200 rooms.
Deluxe rooms are the 300, 400 and 500 blocks.
Standard rooms are in 2 storey blocks of 4.
Deluxe rooms are in 2 (300, 400 blocks) or 3 (500) blocks. Deluxe blocks have more rooms in them than the 200 blocks.
Coming down the main entrance, the 100 rooms are in the Reception block directly ahead, the 200 rooms are to the right and behind the 100 block and the 300, 400 and 500 blocks are to your left. The 400 and 500 blocks face onto a large grassed area with gardens and coconut trees, the 300 block faces the restaurant and one of the pools, the 100 block is closest to one of the pools and the 200 rooms have paths, grass and gardens between the blocks (though some of the 200 rooms face onto the tennis court and are relatively close to one of the pools).
