Hi Kevin, Okay, you're quite right they only fly the crappy 200ERs out of Brisbane, but it was a comfortable flight to Singapore. Very nice, superb service, etc. The aircraft from Sinapore to Bali was a little older (?) not so great, but still way better that steerage class. The return trip (red-eye from Singapore) was okay even without the flatbed / skybed. I think you'd have to catch a flight out of Sydney or Melbourne to get the 'good' aircrafts (how rude is that!!) Overall, I think if you can afford it, do it as it makes your holiday start the moment you get to the airport with the Kris Lounge and then the fabulous attention once on the plane. FYI, we're flying on the A380 in Suite Class when we go in May so I expect that will be a little better than the last plane, but we've got to fly to Sydney to catch it. Woo Hoo !!!
