Hi Master of the Universe (you've been upgraded)and Gookla (AKA @ Jody and Gary) :) Congratulations on a great Back-to-Bali tour and thanks for the excellent JBR. Like you poor souls in Bris-vegas, we airline Krill in Adelaide have no direct connection to Bali. The options are either domestic connection to Melb, Syd or WA to hook up with Garuda or Jetstar. Or we can go via Singapore with SA - a daily flight that leaves at 1pm and gets to Bali at about 9:30pm. Or via Kuala Lumpur (3 flights a week - overnights in KL) with Malaysian Air. A pretty choice of alternatives I have to say but Biz Class is quite expensive at $4700 with SA and $4000 with Malaysian. I'm keen to give the Singapore airlines deal a whirl but the aircarft they are flying out of Adelaide does nbot feature the skybed - no big deal during the day but a lay-flat for the overnight home is very desirable. I'm pretty certain Briz-Vegas flys the same plane deal to Bali and back as Adelaide so I'm really interested to know what your seat style/ comfort was and what you thought of the entire experience in Singa Biz Class? Did it have the little half shell over the top to give you some separation from teh saet next to you or was it basically just a larger seat than economy - a bit like the option yuo get in Garuda? Did you receive your requested seat or was it a just a bit of pot luck? I'm told that Malysian offers the lay-flat seats and its almost $700 cheaper to fly but I do lose a night in KL and by the time I add in the cost of overnight accommodation, it whittles the cost diff back a bit. I look forward to your comments. Cheers - keviin
