is to go online and go through the steps to book a ticket from here(Bali)to Singapore. Before you actually pay for the ticket you can print out what is virtually an e-ticket and this will be enough
to enter Indonesia.
Obviously this "e-ticket" can not be used. Do this with a different airline to the one that you are flying with.
