- button, almost at the top of the opening Forum screen - under the red, orange and yellow rectangular block, and click on it you will see a white rectangle under the heading, 'Search for the following key words'. Click in that rectangle and type in the words that you might remember you used in your question. Then click on the 'Search now' button and a list will open up showing posts that contain words which resemble what you've typed, month by month. Just start opening up those in the right month until you find what you're after.
If you think it might be about the date in my earlier reply then you can go to the 'Select an archive' button which again is under that red, orange and yellow rectangle. Select the month you think is right for the posts you want by clicking on it and then scroll down the posts looking for your name or mine or the heading you might have used to ask the question.
You might find it easier to follow all of this if you print it out to use as a reference to follow when you go back to the main Forum screen.
