the counter, welcome to Indonesia, make sure you always have just enough to pay to keep out of trouble and if you happen to be lucky enough to get to the airport early, a few bucks in your passport works wonders, THEY offer you the cheap way out!
I only wish it was this easy at home, not many points left on my license, guess the boy's might have to cop them themselves soon.
