you have said you don't have many points left on your license so you must be breaking road rules on a fairly regular basis in Australia and yet you abide by the road rules in Bali ?
As for what you say is happening at the airport, remember that YOU are the one who is responsible for exceeding your baggage allowance and has to pay but you feel that you shouldn't.
At least you're consistent in applying your selfish attitude of not following rules and not expecting consequences.
