a sim card over there. All the phone places will set your phone up for you to make calls or send sms's. Sms's are cheapest. Your mobile phone must be unlocked from your carrier here. Check this by putting in someone else's sim card (from a different carrier) if your phone works then your OK. If your phone is locked then you need to get it unlocked either here or there or use an old phone or a friends.
