I would certainly go on a bike trip as someone else suggested as it is a real eye opener and a fantastic day out. take some lollypops along and give out to the many kids you pass on the bike trip as they really love that.
Visit Tanah Lot(temple), have a few Bintangs (beer) whilst watching the sunset. Great place to take some awesome sunset photos.
Sit on the beach and have a drink and a chat with the locals.
