Hi there have been following your posts sorry to hear that your husband still sick! my daughter became ill in bali last year had to be put in hospital overnight we flew out next day it wasnt bali belly but she returned home to be put in hospital again many tests later shes out!(nothing)- 3 months after and many return visits to hospital losing weight vomiting generally unwell constanly on drips and still nothing showing in blood tests.Rang my friend who lives in bali said theres a parasite that hatches and will only show up when active then dies off to return again when its laid eggs.Demanded my daughter be put in hospital under spoecialist some nurses felt she was not ill due to tests showing nothing, while I watched my daughter sick for three months.Finally a doctor treated her with an antibiotic that we had to get permisson from government to use?sounds bizarre dosnt it but within a week of taking the antibiotics she made a recovery and has been well since.Doctors were baffled here but as my friend in bali said they sometimes arnt so experienced on tropical diseases so please follow it through as best you can maybe a week or two in hospital where they can keep checking blood may come up with something?Good luck!
