seafood meals this time - went to the Pantai for lunch one day & it was shut - we were going mainly for the views more than the food, which we have found a little overcooked for our taste in the past. Also had the same experience at Jimbaran Bay. There are plenty of places we want to try next trip though! Don't forget the best Bali beef is (IMO) as good as the very best aussie steak - prime Harvey beef for example - and a fraction of the price. What a shame the great red wines are so dear in Bali...
