i had a credit voucher from wotif and when i went to use it i was told we had redeemed it already . apparently at some hotel in some state we've never visited . when it was all said and done, both Wotif and myself investigating, they refused to honour the voucher . i even had a written statement from the hotel that we had never stayed there . Wotif have some great deals but just be aware when things go pear shaped they aren't very accommodating . cheers :)
