I really loved the Bali section of this book. I have not located this healer but would be interested to see if anyone has. I didn't think much of the India and Italy parts of the book but maybe thats because Iv'e never been to these places.
Ubud is approximately 50mins from Kuta, cost for transport is around Rp.100,000 one way.
