I am surprised in 5 trips you haven't seen rats before. It is very common to see them in restaurants and around hotels. I'd die seeing one at home but when in Bali I just turn the other cheek..
I applaud you in speaking up with how your trip went, we always here the good but rarely here the bad, I guess people are scared to say anything negative on this forum in fear of getting bagged...
