Proper Medicare card given after PR is granted.
Can apply for temporary Medicare card after Spouse Visa & then up to Medicare to decide if they will issue the temporary one.
Thanks for the info re attending fiscal office & forms on departure as was not aware you still had to if you already had the sticker.
