Luggage from domestic to international

We are leaving Brisbane at 6am in the morning next week to fly to Sydney to leave International to Bali..Can we check in our luggage all the way at Brisbane or do we have to pick up luggage at dney...Flying Virgin to Syd and Garuda to Bali. Thank you all inadvance
