gillb, Insurance companies are not in the business of taking unnecessary risks. Insurance is about managing risk and making a dollar. Its not about taking a few dollars off a person, just so that person can go get pist and expect thousands of dollars to be paid out for the medicos. Aways, always read the fine print. If you don't then you take the risk.
