Hi, ive actually got one myself that my friend has. Yes it is way cheaper then Western Union. It is $5.00 fee each overseas withdrawal. And i think its $2.95 a month for the monthly fee. You are lucky because i only got one card hehehe, but i can order another one. So yes my opioion is yes go for it, it is great. I just sms my friend and say i have put money in the account and how much it is, and he can withdrawl it there and then... I used to send money over my western union about every 3 - 4 months and i tell you it does work out to be very expensive because the more money you send the more expensive it is...
