about this? i went to bank today to start a new account so that my friend can withdraw money in bali and they told me about this. western union is so expensive to use. i've got a brochure and from what i've read it seems ok. not too expensive. i think it's about $5.00 withdrawal fee. it's designed so that you can bpay money into it and use it overseas instead of taking cash with you. you get two cards with it. sounds good. i'd be interested to hear from anyone who's used it.
