Wizard Mastercard that does not charge foreign currency transaction fees or ATM fees the only thing I am charged is interest on a cash advance and I pay out the amount owing as soon as I am home so that is minimal.
Sorry Canadian Girl not much help for you though as it is an Australian Card, but as Rakini mentioned I have never been charged a fee from the owning bank ATM in Bali.
