Following a post by Dromomaniac several days ago(do a search)detailing an easing of the criteria for pre existing conditions I did a search for two days to get the best deal for me.
I have had an Anaphylatic reaction (life threatening) from seafood and I am also an Asthmatic and had previosly found it hard, if impossible to get coverage for these conditions.
The best deal I came up with was from Travelinsurancemanagers.com.au
they are associated with Mondial and underwritten by Allianz e.g. 18 days fully insured International Premium cover with NO EXCESS for both myself and wife for $149.
It is a great relief to know that I can now be fully insured and also have significant savings($150).
I have no connection with any Insurance company and hope this post can help other people with pre existing conditions.
