couple of forumites and their driver at Jimbaran Bay in a warung/cafe. 1 serve of whole fish, 2 nasi goreng, 1 mie goreng, 1 cap-cay, 2 orange drinks and 9 small bintangs... change back from Rp 150.000. Food was good and fresh. No fan or air conditioner though but the beers were cold and we were on the beach. About twice the price of a "local" warung.
All depends what you want to pay.
