In it we had two diet Cokes, a couple of LARGE fruit juice, a LARGE Bintang, garlic bread,a whole snapper(too big for me), a curry meal, two deserts and IIRR it was about $13-ish Australian dollars. (& we DID waddle out, after we ate all that, IIRR, it was lunch and tea combined.)
I have also gone upmarket and spent $100 on two people at places like KuDeTa. They are VERY upmarket.
You will find that prices in Nusa Dua and Benoa are higher than in Kuta, as you'll be staying in the upper end of the tourist market.
