no reply given by the poster as to exactly where it was stated on consulate websites that pre payment for VOA (in Australia) is possible.
All sites say it's payable at point of entry into Indonesia.
If of course you mean the 60 day Tourist Visa/ Visitor Visa (different to Visa On Arrival)then this has always been payable before arrival.
