we had 4 adults 3yr and 16 month and we caught one on arrival to Tuban - way cheaper than transfers and they helped with all our luggage so no hassle at all.
We found that everywhere we ate had high chairs, I can't think of any exceptions. Most in good condition a few average but have a sarong handy so you can tie infant in if needed. If you are taking a stroller you will be able to use this on the occasion you can't get a highchair.
