We are planning a trip to Bali with a one year old and have not included airport transfers in our package. I didn't book them because you end up going to 3 or 4 hotels before you reach yours and also they are expensive. This all sounded good reasoning when I booked but now I am wondering if it is going to be difficult to get a minivan from the airport with all our additional luggage and baby. I don't think we will fit in a standard taxi. What do you think? Also do they have highchairs in most restaurants and hotels? Thanks for your help.
