For your information it is not Royal Kuta Villa's, it's correct name is Kuta Royal Complex (Villa's) :)
The complex is not huge, so no matter what villa you are both in you won't be a mile away from each other.
If you make an enquiry for a booking at the villa of your choice the owner will be able to ask around with the other owners for availability for you. But you will obviously have to make booking and payment with the individual owners.
I would highly recommend that you make enquiries for availabilty now, as there are only a select amount of villa's which are rented out for holidays (especially if your wanting 2 villa's). But you may be lucky. These villa's book out quickly in high seasons and school holidays.
If your wanting to have a look at the villa's it can be arranged with the owners who can arrange for someone to show you through the complex, and would not be a problem. If the villa is vacant with no guests booked in at the time you are wanting to check the complex out I'm sure they would be happy to show you through the villa.
