Royal Kuta Villa questions

We are organising a trip for a group of approx 11 adults to Bali in September. At pressent I am looking at the possibility of staying in Villas maybe Royal Kuta Villas, they look good. Has anyone booked 2 of these as we won't all fit into one. Is the complex huge as we would want to be close together.

I know that they are owned by different people, is it possible to do a joint booking?

As hubby and I will be in Bali next month we were wanting to check them out. Is it possible to just go there and have someone show us around?

Hoping someone will have some info. Next I will email some of the Villas, there are just so many different ones.
