How many other businesses in this country DO NOT have email addresses or an office to lodge complaints?
You have to phone (where you get no further than the call centre operator) & told to write a letter. You write a letter & 3 weeks later you get a standard reply: "all correspondence is answered in order of receipt & you will receive a reply within SIX WEEKS"
Does that infer as to how many complaints they receive?
If you are not happy with their response you do it ALL over again.
