I am going on a vacation to Bali in March. This will be my first trip to that end of the world. What are the tipping practices there...at the resorts? Do they prefer money, or do they prefer gifts (such as toiletries etc) like they do in other countries, like Cuba? If money then how much is the average, and do we leave it daily or at the end of our 13 day stay? Thank you in advance for you help.
