I would get a price from Australia before departing on the balance after claiming, as you know not 100 % is refunded.You will need a code number.
Then get a price in Bali and have a look which is cheaper.
I expect Bali to still be cheaper in the end.
Must ring my health fund as I have always been able to claim :(
