We just returned last week and in 15 days we could use the phone about 3 times. We sorted out and connected international roaming weeks before we left (or so we thought) and not only could we not make calls but any we recieved got cut off. we couldnt even get through on telstras assistance no to complain !! We were not happy Jan so we went to centro and brought a cheap $50 phone and put a Bali sim card in it and worked a treat.
