Adelaide? We did the same last year in July with the Singapore Stopover, it was great value. We stayed at the Peninsular Excelsior, not bad clean and basic but good value for money. We were a walk away from the boat quay and Raffles Hotel. There is a lot to see and do, my biggest tip is dont book tours, catch a taxi, bus or train and do it yourself much much cheaper.
