why do you insist on posting such stuff...if a Balinese driver made a grand he'd have a goddamn heart attack. Yes there are commisions paid but generally only when it involves big spenders like the Japanese. So you think when someone is dropped at a restaurant the driver gets commision...you've got to be kidding. By the way$200 to buy flowers would be a very large amount of flowers???
