Hotels often have problems with their email service and do take a few days to answer. It also depends on whether or not reservations staff have their day off and as it is Galungan followed by Kuningan some staff would be having time off. You may just have to persevere otherwise ring them. Hope this helps. I also usually deal direct with the hotel. Cheers, Stormy
