Is it a common thing to contact an hotel in Bali by E-mail and ask them for an offer, 4 of us will be staying 12 nights in August and I contacted them twice asking for a price but got no answer.
I know they obviously have the rates online, but thats something I usualy do as it seems hotels usualy give slightly better rates if you contact them directly.
If it's not common they could at least answer me that they don't do special offers and advise me to check online, I've put read receipte so I know bother were read but no answer.
Any suggestions - comments, we really want to stay there but that's not really giving me a good opinion of there customer service :-/
