Accomodation

I plan to retire in Bali. I am looking for apartment complex or highrise condominiums with security access, internet,etc. I noticed that unlike Penang, Malaysia, Bali do not have high rise condos. Wonder if this is due to building restrictions. How can I find these type of accomodations in Bali? and what is the approx rental cost for 1 year lease? Thanks.
