There are certainly some "multi storey" buildings, although not Hong Kong by any stretch of the imagination.
I recently looked at a development on the main Rd to Denpasar (Same road as Alfa), and I also believe that there is a development in the same street as Bali Advertisers office. (Jalan Mejahajit sp??)
I am sure others have more accurate info.
