Just to set the record strait I do not get paid for all expenses I have purchased and fund my own car for use for The Yayasan.
I claim for Doctors Hospital bills and medicine also food for patients and the relatives that are looking after them all other expense is down to me.
if SCBA have funded a project it says so on the Yayasan Peduli Site
For a charity to collect money clothes or anything else in Indonesia the charity has to be registered in Indonesia.
To have the right to take clothes rice or anything else to the people of Indonesia that are below poverty level you need to be licensed to do so.
Southern Cross Bali Assoc funded me for a long time but when it was Suggested that I was collecting money and clothes here for Southern Cross I had to point out that was not the case as that would be breaking the law it was Yayasan Peduli I was collecting for a legally registered Indonesian charity.
This is no different to any other country in the world you have to be registered in Australia to collect for charity in Australia so as not to break the laws of Australia
If any one wishes to ask me about anything to do with the Yayasan please Email me
