Bali Baik-bike tour & kids..anyone done?

I am thinking of doing the bike tour with kids in tow. The youngest is 7 and has just learned to ride a bike... Does it involve any traffic? How safe? Are the bikes in good condition and appropriate sizes? I did read that there is a back up vehicle which is great but a little more info on kid suitability would be great!
