It would be nice for you all to travel together. Especially if she has not been overseas before. Check with your agent and the relative flights you are on. Get some first hand advice there as I dont know the individual circumstances of your proposed travel.
In simple terms there are miminum times you need to get thru the process, Quarantine, customs etc.
