I was on same flight on evening of 27 Dec from Per to Dps and service was great. I guess that is why it is worth the extra $$$ to upgrade to Bus class. Food was amazing and i good pick out of 4 dishes and they came around with drinks, litterally every 20 minutes.
Can't recall them saying that we wouldn't be pulling up at the terminal though. I have never pulled up at the terminal with Garuda.
At least you got through VOA quickly. My parents fly in on Sat 22nd Dec and it took them almost 3 hours to get through. So for the inconvenience of a 2 minute bus trip to be straight through the airport, i couldn't care less about 'not pulling up at the terminal'!
Tey having to board a plane to Adeliade in the middle of Winter at 5am in the freezing cold. At least it is balmy in Bali!
