I flew again with Garuda recently from Sydney and return.
I agree the inflight service was poor! Surly attendants and could not get any service during both flights. After pressing the attendant bell 3 times to get a drink I gave up.
The flight home. the attendants were sitting in the service area at the back of the plane chatting while people were trying to get service.
When coming home, I sent an email but no suprise I didn't get anything back.
