Petrol is only one and, in the whole sum, not really a big one I believe, in fact I am sure. I am quite positive that the repayment costs of a vehicle and its required insurance is far, far greater.
That said, however, even the owner of a brand new vehicle burdened withthese costs must have prices that are competitive with others in the business if he is to attract custom and survive. This must be the most significant moderating factor.
Unless your driver has a new Rolls Royce I think he is trying you on.
